Sargent 8900 Series (8913/12-8913) Grade 1 Mortise Lock Exit Bar, Wide Stile Pushpad, Classroom Function, Less Trim
Designed for standard width applications on wood and metal doors, the 8900 Series features a single-point guarded latch within the mortise pocket of the door for additional security. Equally suited for single door and double door applications with a vertical rod device.
- For use with Classroom Lever Trim (Sargent outside trim sold separately)
- Includes mortise lock body and C908 ANSI curved lip strike
- Sargent Function: 13
- ANSI Function: 08 (key outside unlocks/locks trim)
- Concealed single point guarded latching for additional security
- Architectural finish with black Lexan touchpad
- Designed for standard width stile applications on wood and metal doors
- ANSI/BHMA A156.3 – Grade 1
