This complete PAK assembly is for applications requiring safety from wind-borne debris.

Includes tested and approved Lexan glazing and caulking. Ideal for hurricane rated steel doors.

  • 20-Gauge galvanneal steel frame (mineral bronze finish)
  • Mitered and welded corners with countersunk mounting holes
  • 12" x 12" Order size equal to cutout size - Glass size is 1" under, Visible glass is 2" under
  • Glazing: 1/4” Lexan® polycarbonate glazing Included - Complies with ASTME-1300-04 & -09
  • Caulking: Dow Corning 995® for caulking on both sides of glazing
  • Air Infiltration, Water Resistance, Structural Loading, Uniform Static Air Pressure, Forced Entry: TAS 202, ASTM E283, ASTM E330, ASTM E331, ASTM E1300, FBC 2411 3.2.1
  • Windstorm Resistance, Door Components: ANSI A250.13
