Expertly cast in Germany, it’s sturdy with no seams — unlike competitors who use a threaded, two-piece construction with a steel tube — and designed to work from day one to decades down the road.

  • FHP90 = Friction hold open arm complete (Tri-Pack) (0"–4" reveal). PHB included.
  • Provides a hold open function between approximately 90° and 180° of door opening (conditions permitting). Arm is non-handed.
  • Utilizes same hole pattern as LCN 4040XP
  • Rugged reliable single-piece cast iron construction
  • Durable design meant to last and perform consistently over the years
  • Front-facing spring-size indicator and adjustment points, adjustable spring size 1-6
  • May be used on doors up to 48" wide interior (42" wide exterior) and up to 180 lb.
