Trudoor® TDC-300 door closers are an ideal choice for a wide variety of medium to heavy-duty commercial applications where durability, reliability and code compliancy are required at an economical price. TDC-300 surface mount hydraulic door closers are for use on exterior or interior doors in office buildings, retail stores, medical & assisted living facilities, government facilities, hospitality and other commercial buildings.

  • Includes regular arm and friction hold open arm (hold open arm packed in a separate box)

Hold Open Arm

Used to hold door open in non-fire-rated applications. Hold Open Function using friction type fitting under nut which also allows for multiple hold open positions.

  • Mounting: Regular, Top Jamb & Parallel Arm (includes PA bracket)
  • Adjustability: Two arm length positions allow for different jamb depths
  • Non-handed design
